Almond Biscuit

1 kg plain flour
500 gm almond falkes
350 gm icing sugar (sift)
500 gm corn oil

1. Roast alond till slightly brown
2. Sift flour and icing sugar together.
3. Add corn oil to the sugar and flour and mix lightly.
4. Add in almond and mix.
5. Roll out (portion by portion) mixture (like a long but thicker sausage) and cut to make a round shape cookies.
Bake at 180 C for 15-20 mins.
