1 paun butter
1 tin cornflour (cap kupu-kupu)]
1 tin tepung gandum (guna tin cornflour)] sift together
1 teaspoon baking powder]
1 tin desicated coconut
1 tin castor sugar
2 eggs
cherries to decorate cookies
Method :
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in eggs. Mixed well.
2. Fold in all flour, mixed well and form a dough.
3. Shape dough into small balls and roll each in coconut. Flatten slightly.
4. Placa a slice of cherry on top.
5. Bake.
